Share LESSONS not Stories!

When I think about what influences or encourages others, experience seems to be the component that makes the ultimate difference. We have heard stories, and good ones at that, for generations whether they were from times of old, bedtime stories, stories about historians or reading them ourselves for pleasure. And while they inspire and serve a purpose, if the goal is to make, influence or incite change, people want to know that your experience relates to theirs. They want to know not only that you made it but how and what success feels like from the other side. Be encouraged as you share your LESSON and move purposefully as you continue to WORK ON WINNING……It’s a MOVEMENT!
